Guided by Our Italian Table, you’ll discover the art of traditional pasta-making by hand — rolling, shaping, and crafting with love, just as it’s been done for generations. As the aroma of freshly made pasta fills the air, sip on Audrey Wilkinson’s award-winning wines and soak in the sweeping vineyard views of the vineyard.
This immersive experience includes a hands-on pasta-making demonstration, followed by a relaxed, shared-style long table lunch. Enjoy banquet style, two handcrafted pasta dishes, fresh Italian salad, warm artisan rolls, and homemade biscotti to finish — all perfectly paired with Audrey Wilkinson wines.
